3. Cancellation, Refund & Project Execution

• Because Optwize is only a marketing partner, we do not dictate the cancellation policies, refund timelines, or possession dates of the project.
• All cancellations, refunds, and construction timelines are strictly governed by the official Agreement to Sell executed with the developer, subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).
• The project Tej Elevia is registered under MahaRERA with registration numbers P52100018143 and P52100050379. Buyers are advised to verify these details on the official MahaRERA website.

4. User Consent & Data Privacy

• By submitting your name, phone number, and email address on this website, you explicitly authorize Optwize and its representatives to contact you via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding your real estate inquiry.
• This consent remains valid even if you are registered under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry.
